When my children were small, we spent alot of time wandering the woods & streams. Always drawn to water, my daughter described the sound of the brook as it made its way over the rocks, as " Water Music"
As each of my three children came along , they all heard and appreciated the Water Music.
Calming, constant yet ever changing we would walk along or sit beside and appreciate this concert provided for us by Mother Nature.
When they grew older, they took themselves to the woods. Needing time to think or be alone, they'd come back calmer for having listened .
I headed up the mountain alone yesterday looking for quiet & the need to reconnect with myself.
It's still there. It never left. Giving its beautiful calming concert to anyone who happens by.
May you always be able to hear the Water Music...

Thanks so much, Rose. That feeling of 'ahhh' was exactly what I was trying to capture. The music in the water just smoothes out all the rough edges, dosent it??
